Network access between VPN and Local LAN

I have a Cisco ASA, detail below. It is working well. It works as a VPN server as well. At the moment there are 5 IP addresses in the address pool which I need to increase but local LAN do not have enough free IP addresses therefore I have created a new VLAN subnet [login to view URL] I have done everything I can think of and when a device is connected remotely using VPN. I can see it's getting an IP address from [login to view URL] subnet. I can access Internet while connected to VPN however I can not access resources in Local LAN ([login to view URL]). I need some network expert to help me fix this without remote access. Cisco ASDM ASA version: 9.5(2) ASDM version: 7.5(2) Firewall mode: routed
