I am looking for an engineering expert who is knowledgeable in Australian Standards related to Structural and/or Civil Engineering. Specifically I need plans drawn up to meet criteria requirements with no need for a full civil/structural assessment. The type of engineering service needed here is Structural Engineering. Attention to detail is paramount and I'm looking for someone with expertise and experience in relevant projects. The project is based on meeting the requirements of the specified Australian Standard, so the ideal candidate will have worked with the standard and understand its nuances. Architectural drawings are currently being produced and expect to have them by EOW 14/4.

I have also provided a visio file with my drawings of the renovation and existing plans; in addition, I have included the new 3D rendered design.
My interests are specifically in relation to the small extension to the front of the house which is a little over 25sqm (see [login to view URL]). Would like to know what is structurally required for the extension, footings for concrete bed, roofing and others of the sort...
I will also be requiring additional work for the remainder of the house, however, we can discuss this once there is genuine interest in working together.
