UNLESS I INVITE YOU TO THE BID THERE IS NO REPLY I bring this project so I can award it to freelancers I want to talk as hiring interview, prior potentially awarding the full project. I do this since I notice that some freelancers do not get audio and video abilities until after a project is awarded. but I attach high value on an initial connection prior to awarding a project. I would expect that after the call the call is done the project is declined or cancelled so none of us bear the cost for an introduction conversation I discussed this approach with Freelancer support and it is approved.
