EU Toy CE Marking Consultation

My electronic toy is already rolling off the production line and I now need to secure the CE mark before it ships into the European market. I have not run any laboratory tests yet, so I’m looking for an experienced CE-marking specialist who can take me from a standing start to full compliance. Here’s what I’m expecting from our collaboration: • An initial video consultation to walk through the Toy Safety Directive 2009/48/EC and the specific harmonised standards that apply to electronic toys (EN 71 series, EN 62115, EMC, RoHS, etc.). • A written gap-analysis report highlighting the exact tests, documentation and labelling changes I must address for my current production units. • Recommendations for accredited EU laboratories, including cost and timeline estimates, so I can schedule testing immediately. • Step-by-step guidance in compiling the Technical File, drafting the Declaration of Conformity and preparing the risk assessment. • A final compliance check once test reports are back, giving me confidence to affix the CE mark and release the product.
