I expect an intermediate level of expertise—you should already know how to keep replies clear, courteous, and consistent with our brand voice without needing extensive hand-holding, but you don’t have to be a senior strategist. Quick typing, good written Bahasa Indonesia, and the discipline to log each resolved ticket in our simple Google Sheet are must-haves. Core deliverable: • Daily coverage of WhatsApp inbox during the agreed shift, with all order- and shipping-related queries answered within 15 minutes on average. I will provide account access, standard reply templates, and brief product onboarding. You bring the attentive customer-service mindset and ensure every buyer leaves the chat satisfied.
