I’m looking for a hands-on Interior Site Incharge to manage a commercial fit-out in Gurgaon from concept drawings through daily execution. Your first responsibility will be to convert my design intent into precise working drawings in AutoCAD—plans, sections, elevations and any detail sheets the contractors need. Once the drawings are signed off, I’ll rely on you to stay on site, monitor every phase of the interior work, and flag issues before they snowball. Quality checks on joinery, finishes, MEP integration and final snag lists all fall under your watch. The role is strictly on-site in Gurgaon; remote coordination alone won’t work for this timeline-driven project. If you can deliver accurate AutoCAD drawings and keep the commercial site running smoothly day-to-day, let’s connect and get this build moving.

I run my architectural design and interior consultancy office in Malviya Nagar, and my team and I have completed several commercial interior projects where detailed AutoCAD documentation and on-site coordination were both handled by us end-to-end. I’m comfortable preparing precise plans, sections, elevations and detail sheets exactly as per design intent and ensuring these are executed correctly on site. I also routinely manage site-level supervision, material checks, joinery quality control, finish inspection, MEP coordination, and closing stages including snag removal. As my office is in Malviya Nagar i can visit Gurugram to understand things better.
