I’m getting ready to break ground on my personal residence in Sambhal, U.P. 244302 and need a structural engineer to guide the project from drawings all the way through site execution. The assignment covers three clear areas: • Design & drafting – convert my preliminary layout into detailed structural drawings (AutoCAD or similar) that align with local bylaws and seismic zone requirements. • Load calculations & analysis – provide complete calculations (preferably in STAAD Pro / ETABS) covering gravity, wind / seismic loads, plus a concise design report I can submit for approval. • Construction supervision – periodic site visits or remote oversight to ensure the contractor follows the approved drawings, answer RFI’s, and sign-off at key milestones. I’ll supply my concept plan and soil report as soon as we start; you return stamped drawings, calculation sheets, a materials take-off, and short visit reports or photo logs for each inspection. I am structural design engineer, these is not the way we bid, you have to tell what is area of project that you are constructing, And how much floors, plan for every flooe should be made sir, after plan conformation from client side column should be placed in plans and then only we can go for structural design of buildings. I am doing project based on IS codes only Is 456-2000 and Is 1893 2016 and Is 13920 -2016, i am from tamil nadu sir i can design and give you the project sir , i cant come for site visit because its for away from tamil nadu. But i can structural design and drawings for you project.I am doing analysis using Etabs and Design using RCDC software. Do have trust over me contact me.
