Substation Civil Works Pricing

I am assembling a full cost proposal for a new power-distribution substation in Saudi Arabia and need a detailed, line-item quotation that covers every aspect of the civil scope. This includes––but is not limited to––foundation construction, structural-steel erection, complete site grading and excavation, concrete foundations for all equipment plinths, construction of the control/service building, broad site preparation, internal asphalt roads, and any other related civil works you normally allow for on similar utility projects. Your submission should clearly show: • Itemised quantities and unit rates (Excel preferred, PDF acceptable). • Lump-sum elements called out separately where a unit rate is impractical. • Brief notes on assumed construction methodology or standards you are pricing against so I can reconcile them with local SEC requirements. • High-level schedule or durations per major activity to help me gauge manpower loading. If you already have a typical Bill of Quantities template for substation works, feel free to adapt it; otherwise start from scratch but ensure no key work fronts are missing. Only bidders with demonstrable experience pricing or delivering substation civil packages in the GCC will be considered. Please attach one comparable BOQ or final account you have produced (confidential values may be redacted).
