Outreach to site-level investors: a. Source for Information: email databases for VC, PE, FO, specific LA-geared databases (Rolen will provide) b. Technical Implementation: email outreach campaigns via Zoho CRM+ c. Frequency: ongoing, daily 2. Outreach to developer-level investors: a. Source for Information: email databases for VC, HNWI (Reg D) + Google Ads overseas (Reg S); specific LA-geared databases (Rolen will provide) b. Technical Implementation: email outreach campaigns via Zoho CRM+ c. Frequency: ongoing, daily 3. Outreach to construction customers for single-family houses in Los Angeles: a. Source for Information: Google Ads local; specific LA-geared email databases (Ronen will provide); phone call outreach (use existing channels) b. Technical Implementation: email outreach campaigns via Zoho CRM+; phone calls through 3-rd party (existing) c. Frequency: ongoing, daily 4. Outreach to construction subcontractors for single-family houses in Los Angeles: a. Source for Information: specific LA-geared email databases; phone call and Whatsup outreach (Rolen will provide) b.
