You must have extensive programme writing experience You will need to visit site at least once You will need to review all project information, lans and details and incorporate the entire scope into the programme. The programme must be fully detailed and show the critical path. The project is a refurbishment of an early 20th Century stately home and includes complete strip out, renewal of all services and complete fitout including 5 bathrooms and extensive joinery package.
