I’m launching a public-facing effort in support of a new data center and need an experienced partner who can move fast on three fronts: grassroots outreach, digital engagement, and a combined website that informs and collects petition signatures. Scope of work • Community outreach – I want to spark local enthusiasm through well-planned events, compelling social media campaigns, and regular email newsletters. You’ll help shape the message, map out the timeline, and create the assets so I can start promoting immediately. • Website – I need one site that serves both as an information hub and a petition drive. Think clear project details up front, followed by a smooth signature flow that captures names, emails, and opt-ins for future updates. I’m open to WordPress with a petitions plugin, NationBuilder, or any platform you’ve proven works well; just make sure the CMS is simple enough for my team to update after launch. • Speed – The project has momentum and I want the first public push online as soon as possible. If you can hit quick milestones (wireframe, first content draft, petition form, soft launch), let’s talk. Deliverables 1. Outreach plan covering event concepts, social media calendar, and newsletter cadence. 2. Fully functional website with: – Project overview pages – Petition signature capture and export – Email sign-up integration – Basic analytics tracking 3. Starter content pack: five social posts, one press release, and two email templates. 4. Handover session with documentation so we can manage day-to-day updates ourselves.
