Hi, I'm Michael, I'm from Europe, I'm new in town, I'm opening a brand new concept called : La Baguette Louise, a premium elevated baguette sandwich and salade bar. We're having two locations, S Michigan and a kiosk in Water Tower Place, all our sandwiches are artisanal made, fresh, with real table service while beeing a fast casual place. European style service, not a fast food chain but still with normal range pricings. We really want to bring some elevated lunch food to Chicago with style freshness, made in house home made belgian recipes, fresh french baguettes and real tasty salades with fresh baked proteins or sea food, nothing is frozen, all is fresh of the day. We need a big publicity to move around town, our name must be visible and known in all the offices and to all food lovers eager for fresh healthy lunch version. We have hot and cold sandwiches, we have meat and seafood specials, with over 15 different sandwiches to chose from, we will also provide 1 sandwich of the month that will change every month + 1 variant that changes with seasons or local events like St Patrick's day we will have Green baguettes, St Valentine's day we will have Pink baguettes etc. etc. A very unique European concept run by real Belgians sticking with their authentic recipes and customer service !!! Help us getting known in the city, we started already an instagram called LABAGUETTELOUISE, we will also make the buzz by offering 200 free sandwiches at our grand opening on our two locations, that will attrack at least 200 persons making the line in the street. We will also prepare special creatives for the “200 free sandwiches” grand opening event. After that, we will launch advertising campaigns on Instagram, Facebook, and Google.
