I have two recorded training sessions and I want every participant to walk away with a practical, engaging workbook they can fill out as they follow the videos. Your first task is to watch both recordings end-to-end, extract the core concepts, and structure them into clear sections that mirror the flow of each lesson. The workbook’s single purpose is to reinforce learning, so every section must close with a short quiz, a hands-on exercise the learner can perform immediately, and a discussion prompts throughout each topic discussed that sparks reflection or group conversation. Visual support is equally important: wherever a concept benefits from a picture, add an illustration or diagram, and use concise charts or graphs to display data or processes. Deliverables • Fully designed workbook (editable Word/Google Docs) and ready-to-print PDF • Answer key for all quizzes • All source files for illustrations, diagrams, charts, and graphs I’m happy to collaborate on tone, branding colours, and any template preferences. Once the first draft is in, we’ll do one or two quick revision rounds to make sure the activities flow naturally with the videos and the graphics look crisp both on screen and on paper.
