I'm a fractional CMO based in California, and I'm looking for a partner that can help me get the most out of my Apollo CRM account. I've built and run sequences and get good open rates, but not conversions aka meetings booked. I need someone to help me keep these leads warm over the long-term. I also have LinkedIn Navigator and HubSpot account. I'd like all of these to work together. I have a pretty defined target persona, so I don't need any help with that. I just need someone to build out a system that is easy for me to manage going forward. Here’s what I need: • Sequencing set-up that keeps warm leads engaged with additional content. Leveraging Apollo's AI functionality is a plus. • Lead scoring & qualification rules built directly inside Apollo (using activity, firmographic data, and custom fields I will provide).
