We are looking for a **driven Marketing & Business Development Lead** to help us grow our reach and bring in new partnerships. **Role Overview** We need someone who can take ownership of **client outreach, relationship-building, and onboarding**—particularly with: * Schools & educational institutions * Corporates & organizations * Learning centres / summer programs / event-based collaborations We’re looking for someone who is confident in approaching decision-makers, opening doors, pitching our services, and converting leads into active clients. Our work has extended beyond Karachi to Lahore and even London. We are now focusing on expanding trainings, consultancies, and collaborations both locally and internationally. We are open to global partnerships to achieve this goal. **Key Responsibilities** * Identify and approach potential schools, corporate clients, and institutional partners * Build and maintain a strong pipeline of leads * Set up meetings and represent e-Magine professionally with prospective clients * Present our programs/services and follow through on proposals * Coordinate client onboarding and partnership closures * Develop strategic outreach plans to increase visibility and revenue * Work closely with the founder/team on growth strategy **Ideal Candidate** * Experience in business development, sales, partnerships, or marketing outreach * Strong communication and networking skills * Comfortable pitching to school leadership, HR teams, and corporate decision-makers * Existing network in education or corporate sectors in Pakistan is a strong plus * Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented * Can work independently and take initiative **Engagement Model** Open to: * Monthly retainer * Commission-based * Retainer + performance incentive / commission This can be freelance/consultancy-based to start, with potential for a longer-term role depending on fit and results. **To Apply, please share:** 1.
