Content writer required for website and content marketing

We're looking for a copywriter and a content writer for our new online business. This may not be the same person, and that's fine, but we need two forms of writing activity. First, we need the copy on our web pages created as well as the email response templates that our customer support will be sending to customers throughout their journey with us. We can provide you with websites doing what we will be doing so they can be used as inspiration and rewritten to be our own words. The web pages will need to be written with SEO in mind, so working with the SEO partner may be required here. Then we also need content rich pages which will be more informative, about the industry, guiding, informing, acting as useful pieces of content which we will have on our own website and for external websites linking back to ours on a content marketing strategy (to help our web domain's organic search ranking). As I say, this might be two different people and that's okay. The right candidate(s) will be English speaking and will provide examples of work and case studies for us to review. Please share your proposed hourly rate which will include the short term work component of this project (website copy pages) and the long term work component (which is the content marketing strategy that we'll be doing monthly and will work alongside our SEO partner.
