Creative business writer (onsite location- Mumbai)

We are looking for a Creative / Script Business Writer who can operate in a fast-paced, cross-functional startup environment, is self-driven and can rapidly execute on generating quality content at scale. The candidate in this role will be responsible for working with customer success managers, industry domain experts, vendor agencies, product engineering and partner success managers to deliver effective teams demo content for showcasing high-impact, ideal usage of the solution in specific, identified industries. Industries to cater- Hospitality Government Dev Ops(IT) Key Responsibilities • Understand and absorb specific scenarios per customer and industry vertical where our Teams and its features will add value to users • Go the whole cycle of envisioning, developing, implementing and refining content in the form of rich conversations, supporting data and user persona metadata for each granular scenario in Teams demos fit for showcasing to customers • Build content strategy, information architecture, data and user experience for multiple user scenarios covering product features, real-time communication through chats, calls, meetings and extensibility capabilities (app, bots, services) to best showcase a tailored solution • Work collaboratively with ecosystem PMs, design and technical team to primarily develop and produce customer-focused content to be included in Teams demos • In addition to creation, own refresh and upkeep of the demo content with the goal of maintaining them in an updated, current and usable state at all times • Maintain oversight for the performance of content, monitoring customer data and other signals, ecosystem PM feedback etc. to drive quality improvements in the content • Contribute to the overall strategy of the program and aid in scoping out the content roadmap • Ensure success for the industry-specific demos and achieve high effectiveness of content deliverables Requirements • 3+ years of developing and writing customer-oriented content • Strong written, verbal and information architecture skills, with demonstrated ability to product a coherent body of content in an enterprise setting for knowledge workers / information workers as end users • Experience on writing chat conversation scripts and hybrid real-time communication solutions (eg: chats, emails) • Experience interacting with and learning from customer feedback/interview in addition to strong attention to detail • The ability to creatively showcase product features and user scenarios through content in the enterprise space • The ability to get into the skin on an industry, customer, user personas and situation to come up with content relevant and fit to the use case • The ability to learn quickly and change direction immediately when desired Innate curiosity If you would like to explore this opportunity, request you to kindly send your updated resume with work samples to [login to view URL]@[login to view URL]
