Hindi document conversion is live work for me. Last week I delivered a commercial Hindi OCR Windows desktop product built for Devanagari accuracy, with packaging and real deployment friction handled end to end. Straight on Gujarati: I have not shipped a Gujarati-only product yet. Script work and a human verification pass still apply, and I will not claim prior Gujarati samples I do not have. Better proof: send 2 or 3 of your actual pages (Hindi and Gujarati if you have both) and I return finished PDFs once I have them, same day if they land early enough for a full verify pass. Flow: convert each page, then a character-level human check, formatting preserved, clean PDFs in review batches as you described. Daily capacity about 50 pages once the first batch locks format and naming. Milestone per approved batch works. How many total pages, and are they scans or photographs?
