Product Data Copy & GPT Translation

I have a small batch of ±15 items for a pilot run. All of the source information is in English and sits on the supplier’s website. I need each product’s description, specifications, key benefits and material details copied verbatim, then run through my Custom GPT workflow so the final copy is polished and consistent with our style guidelines (still in English). Here’s the flow that works best for me: 1. Open the supplier’s product page, capture every relevant data point (description, specs, benefits, material). 2. Drop that raw text into the prompt I’ll share for my Custom GPT and generate the refined copy. 3. Return a clean Word or Google Doc for each SKU with four clear sections—Description, Specifications, Key Benefits, Material—ready for import to our site. 4. Then add into Shopify fields. Accuracy is key, so you’ll double-check that the GPT output hasn’t introduced factual errors or missed measurements. If this test batch goes smoothly I’ll roll the rest of the catalogue to you.
