Flatten & Align Circle Loom Design

*don't propose more than 15 I have a circular loom design saved as a JPEG/PNG. I need it converted into a clean, flattened layout that sits perfectly central on the page—every spoke and stitch line must keep equal proportions so the whole image translates exactly as-is, just no longer on an angled camera perspective. Once the geometry is corrected, please just leave it as an svg. Edit, this is really simple... simple simple basic stuff and i have people quoting me rediculous as well as taking me for a run in the comments section. IS THERE ANYONE OUT THERE WHO CAN FOLLOW INSTRUCTION AND COMPLETE A SIMPLE TASK WITH OUT THE BS? I have uploaded more images. i need an svg for this file as soon as possible.
