Install Zurma CRm onto Rackspace

I want a freelancer to download the open source version of Zurm CRM [login to view URL] and install it onto my rackspace sites on a sub directory of my domain www,theonlinemarketer.co. The freelancer will have to set up the churns to allow me to set workflows to fire off autoresponder email series to specific categories of clients. It is my intention to evaluate this software with a view to creating certain enhancements to fit a specific workflow that I use for my own business and for clients. Once achieved I want to sell the specific methodology to clients which will also involve the installation of the adjusted version to their domains on my Rackspace sites. First thing first and that is a simple installation and setting up of the chrons. I would like to see a demonstrable ability on your part of supporting CRM systems in general and of course any experience with Zurmo would be an advantage. Please add the phrase "I communicate efficiently with my clients" to your submission. Please give me an estimate of costs for this first simple task.
