The Role This is a part-time remote sales agent role, ideal for individuals who are looking for a remote 2nd job to gain some extra income and/or looking to get valuable experience in the Travel Industry with room to grow. The role is commission based, without any salary structure, therefore is good for someone who has previous sales experience and understands the nature of sales based roles. The agents primarily use tools such as Linkedin, Zoom, email, WhatsApp, and our CRM to nurture warm leads → qualify painpoints → deliver personalized proposals → close deals. Focus on consultative selling: Help clients visualize their dream nomadic chapter. Key Responsibilities - Prospect & close via structured pipeline (CRM templates, objection scripts, upsell guides). - Guide clients to the right package—push premium Relocation Guides for bigger wins. - Hit 10–20+ closes/month as you ramp. - Contribute to sales methodology: Share what converts (e.g., email sequences, demo tweaks). - Track everything in HubSpot-style CRM for data-driven grow- 1–3+ years sales experience (travel, SaaS, coaching, lifestyle products—bonus if remote/nomad niche). - Lived the digital nomad/remote work life (you get the WiFi struggles, visa headaches, coworking wins). - Strong English communicator; multilingual plus (EU/LatAm/Asia markets). - Self-motivated, async-friendly, tech-savvy (CRM, Zoom, Google Workspace). - Hungry to build uncapped earnings in a niche you believe in.
