We are looking to implement Salesforce Sales Cloud to centralize resident intake, sales coordination, document tracking, and move-in preparation into a single CRM platform. The solution should replace fragmented spreadsheets, emails, and manual follow-ups with a structured, transparent system shared by Sales and Operations.
