Telemarketing Cold-Call Sales Rep

I’m launching a campaign that offers financial assistance and refund solutions directly to individual consumers, and I need an experienced cold caller to drive paid conversions from day one. You’ll be working from a fully qualified list of prospects, pitching a straightforward offer that has a clear value proposition and a high close rate when presented correctly. What I’ll provide • A compliant, opt-in lead list with full contact details • A proven call script plus objection-handling notes • CRM access and a power dialer login so you can move fast and keep every interaction logged in real time What I’m counting on you to handle • 80–120 outbound calls per day during U.S. business hours • Confident, empathetic presentation of our financial assistance/refund service and immediate handling of basic questions • Closing the sale on the same call whenever possible, and/or follow up by multiple means as maybe required, then collecting and entering the required payment details • End-of-shift reporting inside the CRM so I can see contact results, dispositions, and notes without chasing for updates Acceptance criteria 1. Daily call volume and connection rates are met or exceeded. 2. All call outcomes are logged accurately before logout. .
