We handle high-volume residential work and have a custom, highly automated lead-generation system already in place. Our pipeline is constantly fed with fresh, highly targeted local leads—we just need a dedicated closer to turn those leads into booked jobs. The Role: We are looking for a hungry, professional, and tech-savvy Sales Closer. You will not be cold-calling blindly; you will be working directly with the warm leads generated by our internal extraction pipelines and data systems. Your sole focus will be contacting these homeowners, explaining the value of our sealcoating services, and closing the deal. Key Responsibilities: Home Office Setup (High Speed Internet, PC, USB Headset) Promptly contact and follow up with inbound and internally generated leads. Clearly communicate the benefits of professional driveway sealcoating to homeowners. Overcome objections and close sales over the phone/via email or text. Track all interactions, pipeline progress, and closed deals accurately within our [login to view URL] CRM environment. Requirements: Proven track record in B2C phone sales or closing (experience in home services, contracting, or landscaping sales is a massive plus). Fluent, native-level English with excellent and clear verbal communication skills.
