Log in page in responsive -- 2

I am seeking an experienced web developer to create a log in page in a responsive format. The page must be formatted using CSS and built on the React technology/framework. I do have an existing design to provide, however I would appreciate any creative input the developer may have. Ordinarily I would certainly be open to a new design if necessary, however in this case I am hoping to stay with the provided design. It is important to me that the end result provides an easy and comfortable user experience for those logging in and out. This is why I have chosen React for its ability to allow for custom component creation and its overall scalability. By utilizing CSS as the formatting language, I am also hoping to ensure that the project is completed quickly and efficiently. Lastly, I would like the project delivered in a timely manner and expect it to be of the highest quality. With that being said, please be aware of any potential roadblocks that could arise and disclose any progress or difficulties as early as possible. The turnaround time should be expected to be reasonable and reasonable extensions may be released if needed. I look forward to working with you!
