Hello OPJO, I am expert in Opencart and Journal theme setup. I have 9 years of experience in it. I have seen the attached design and I can achieve the similar design if possible using Journal 3 settings only. Journal 3 doesnt have Instagram Feed module, so you may have to buy plugin for it and will setup as per its default design. No HTML or Coding modifications included in this job. Thanks Harsh
