Hello, my name is Angelica Rivera.
Over the last 10 years I have been a customer care phone representative for companies such as Wal-Mart and Home Depot..
Until recently I worked in the field visiting businesses, performing verification interviews, (of their business practices and policies) and inspections.
Now I prefer to work from home performing customer care via phone, email, and chat..
This month I worked for an Odesk client with his online electronics business, by answering phones and chat lines.
My l office is equipped with high speed internet, fax, copier and scanner, business phone and headset.
I am finishing an intensive customer service class guaranteed to increase my professional customer service and commerce skills.
I am starting a part time Odesk project this week wherein I am the intermediary between a clients' s business software issues and our tech team. I will attempt to troubleshoot the glitches before creating a support ticket with IT.
