You’ll have access to the knowledge base and will work inside our browser-based chat dashboard. Typical shifts run four hours at a time, and I’ll provide a quick onboarding session on day one so you can start confidently. As long as you can keep response times snappy, maintain a friendly tone, and document each chat in simple bullet points, you’ll do great here.
