I’m building a small, remote sales team to promote our one-time technical support package for a proprietary software product. You’ll be calling warm leads from the database I provide and guiding each prospect all the way to full payment. The role is fully work-from-home; you simply need a reliable phone line and internet connection. Compensation is straightforward: a fixed ₹10,000 is released once you’ve closed five fully paid deals within the month. Each additional closure in the same period earns an extra ₹2,000, so your upside depends entirely on performance. A “deal” is counted only when the customer completes payment for the one-time software support service—no partials, no pending invoices. All conversations, follow-ups, and payment confirmations happen on your own phone, though I supply the calling data and brief onboarding on our offer. Monthly acceptance target • Minimum deliverable: 5 paid deal closures. • Beyond that, every extra closure triggers the ₹2,000 bonus automatically. If you’re comfortable selling technical support for software over the phone and are confident you can hit—or exceed—those five deals each month, let’s get started.
