I need a reliable operator to take full ownership of our inbox and handle all customer inquiries that come through email. The work is straightforward but essential: every message must receive a timely, friendly, and accurate response that reflects our brand voice, clarifies product details when asked, and guides the shopper toward a smooth purchasing experience. You will log into our help-desk system, read each ticket, research the answer (product specs, shipping status, returns process, etc.), and craft a clear reply. When a customer question falls outside your scope—such as a refund that needs manager approval—you’ll tag and escalate it so nothing slips through the cracks. I’ll provide a short knowledge-base, templates, and direct access to me for questions during your first days so you can ramp up quickly. Once you’re comfortable, I expect inbox zero at the end of each shift and a concise daily summary of any patterns or issues worth my attention. If you have experience supporting e-commerce shoppers, write excellent English, and can commit to consistent coverage, I’d love to hear from you.
