What you’ll actually do each day: • Dial the numbers I provide, follow a simple customer scenario, and record the interaction. • Fill in a short review form immediately after each call, noting anything that affects service quality. • Upload the raw recordings and your completed form through Freelancer so I can compile weekly performance reports. You may use a landline, mobile, or reputable VoIP solution, as long as audio is clear and the caller ID shows a UK number. A stable internet connection and quiet environment are essential.
