My name is Michelle Siahay. I'm 23 years old. I have 2 years and 8 months experience with customer service and sales for US telco account. With my previous work i assist customers with billing inquiry, disputes, bill payment, order tracking, order refund, upselling, basic troubleshooting and email support. I'm good at handling irate customers and documenting every interaction. I'm a fast learner and I'm flexible with different workloads and shifting schedules. I can work with minimal supervision, I'm punctual, friendly and a team player would like to coordinate with people. I can work 40 hours per week or more. I'm very excited to start.
