The intern will handle customer inquiries, convert leads into bookings, and support sales operations through calls and WhatsApp follow-ups. This role offers hands-on exposure to real sales, customer communication, and startup growth. Key Responsibilities Tele Sales & Lead Conversion Call and follow up with incoming leads from ads, WhatsApp & social media Convert inquiries into confirmed service bookings Explain packages, offers & monthly plans clearly to customers Customer Coordination Handle customer queries professionally Share service details, pricing & offers via WhatsApp Ensure customer satisfaction through timely follow-ups Sales Tracking & Reporting Maintain daily call and booking records Update customer data in Excel / CRM Share daily performance reports with the team Team Coordination Coordinate with operations & marketing teams Support promotional campaigns and festive offers Eligibility Criteria Female candidates only Students or freshers (Any stream) Good communication skills Comfortable with calling & customer interaction Basic computer & Excel knowledge Sales / Marketing interest is a plus Skills Required Strong convincing & negotiation skills Confidence over phone calls Target-oriented mindset Professional attitude & discipline Willingness to learn and grow What You’ll Gain Practical experience in Tele Sales & Customer Handling Sales training & mentoring Certificate of Internship Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) for top performers Attractive incentives on successful conversions
