Japanese Native Customer Care Officer Full Time or Part Time

We are currently in need of 3-4 native Japanese Speakers for a project basis position, and the starting date is by end of March 2020. This new project is catered to high-profile customers, whom agents will be calling out for satisfaction surveys and other outbound calls. Rest assured that they would only be calling out to our customers/prospects in the project, and not cold-calling to strangers. This part-time position is a project basis, and the salary would be paid out monthly. The salary is dynamic, as it would be based on the no. of calls done in a month. Approximate no. of customers to call would be around 500 per month, depending on the project. Working hours for this position is also depending on the agents, on what many hours would they need to call out according to the list of customers. They can still continue their full-time job while earning an extra salary for a few hours of their time with us. We are located in Johor Bahru, Malaysia. However, agents who are not in Johor Bahru may carry out the calls in their own home/ preferred space in Japan or anywhere across the world. We are currently sourcing for native speakers who are currently residing in Japan/ anywhere across the world.
