I’m looking for reliable help keeping my small-business clients engaged and informed. The core of the role is proactive communication and timely follow-ups, and almost all of that happens over the phone. Day to day you’ll be calling clients to confirm project status, answer quick questions, and schedule the next touch-point. After each conversation I’ll need a brief note logged in our shared CRM so I can see exactly where every account stands. At week’s end a concise summary of any pending issues or upcoming deadlines is enough for me to step in when needed. Deliverables • Phone follow-ups completed on schedule • Clear call notes entered in the CRM within the same day • Friday summary report highlighting open items and risks If you’re comfortable owning the client relationship on calls and can keep immaculate records, let’s talk—this should be an ongoing engagement for the right person.
