I need a native South Indian voice on the phone for one hour every day to call customers, confirm the items they ordered, double-check their delivery address, and note any special instructions they may have. To keep conversations smooth across the region, fluency in Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, and Malayalam is essential—each call list will mix speakers of those languages, so switching between them must feel effortless. Here’s how our routine will work: • I send you a spreadsheet (Google Sheets) with the day’s phone numbers, order IDs, and language preference. • You place the calls from your own phone or VoIP dialer, follow a short script I provide, and mark each outcome in the same sheet. • When an address or item detail differs from what we have, you type the corrected information clearly so our fulfilment team can act on it immediately. The assignment repeats Monday to Saturday and rarely exceeds 60 minutes of talk-time, so punctuality is more important than bulk hours. A quiet background, courteous tone, and quick typing speed will keep the workflow efficient. Deliverables at the end of each shift: 1. Updated call sheet with status (confirmed / follow-up needed / unreachable) 2.
