I need reliable help taking care of our daily customer bookings and inquiries so I can focus on growing the business. Your core duty will be handling every order that comes in—confirming the slot, updating the customer, and recording each transaction accurately. Alongside that, I expect a concise daily activity report at the end of each shift. The report must list every transaction completed that day and summarise any feedback customers shared so we can spot issues or opportunities quickly.
