I am expanding our consumer-facing platform and need fifteen reliable agents who can log in for roughly three hours each day to answer general customer inquiries. Although most users are based in Germany and across Europe, English is the primary language for communication. Therefore,fluent English is a core requirement; proficiency in basic German is a valuable plus and will be highly preferred during the selection process. Your responsibilities will include communicating with customers via chat or email to assist with account access, order status inquiries, and other straightforward questions. No in-depth technical troubleshooting or billing dispute resolution will be involved. Prior to your start, I will provide concise training materials that walk you through the most common inquiry topics and preferred response guidelines. Key Expectations - Be online during the agreed-upon three-hour window daily (we’ll coordinate shifts to ensure coverage during peak business hours). - Maintain a friendly, solution-oriented tone in all customer interactions. - Strictly follow the quick-reference guide provided during training, and promptly flag any inquiries or scenarios not covered in the guide. Compensation: A fixed monthly salary of 1,000 RMB, paid on time each month. For those with strong job performance, there will be opportunities to extend working hours or take on senior responsibilities in the future. If you have a stable internet connection, a quiet workspace, fluent English skills, and the patience to assist customers with simple inquiries (basic German proficiency is a plus), I’d love to hear from you!
