Telecaller/Sales Executive for Remote Work

We are looking for a result-driven Telecaller / Sales Executive who can work from home and close sales, not just make calls. This is a performance-based role. Payment is released only after targets are achieved, so apply only if you are confident in your sales ability. Key Responsibilities Call potential customers using the database provided by us Explain our service packages clearly and professionally Convince customers and close deals Follow up with interested leads Maintain basic call and deal records What Counts as a Deal Close A deal is considered closed only when the customer makes full payment for our package. No payment confirmation = no deal counted. Salary & Incentives Monthly Pay: ₹10,000 Minimum Target: 5 successful deal closures per month Payment Rule: Salary is released only after completing at least 5 deal closures If the target is not met, payment will not be released Incentives: For every deal closed beyond 5, you will earn ₹2,000 per additional deal Work Details Work From Home Must use your own mobile phone and internet Calling data will be provided Required Skills Strong communication and persuasion skills Confidence in sales and negotiation Ability to handle rejection and follow up consistently Self-discipline to work remotely Prior telecalling or sales experience is a plus (but not mandatory if you can close)
