UPS Botany NSW Australia Manager Liaison

I need someone who can physically drop by the UPS depot in Botany, ask for the depot manager, and—once the manager is standing with you—ring me so I can discuss a complaint directly with them in tegards to a parcel that had been sitting yhere since the 17th of December. I haven’t fixed a specific time yet, so we can coordinate a slot that works for both of us and aligns with the depot’s office hours. Here’s what success looks like to me: • You arrive at the depot, politely request to see the deport or operations manager, they may insist to call customer service but they are overseas, I need to speak to a manager at the depot. Keep them with you while you call me on your mobile. • I get a clear, uninterrupted conversation with the manager about my complaint; you may simply hand the phone over or use speakerphone—whichever the manager prefers. • After the call, you jot down the manager’s name, position/title, and any follow-up details they provide, then message me those notes. I don’t have a reference or case number at the moment, so the conversation will be straightforward and verbal. Strong interpersonal skills, a calm presence, and the ability to remain courteous under pressure are essential. If you can get to Botany easily and feel confident approaching depot staff, let’s get this scheduled.
