I need someone who can take over incoming WhatsApp inquiries and turn them into a smooth customer-service experience. Every chat should be answered promptly, courteously, and in my brand’s voice. Because no reply templates exist yet, the first part of the job is to draft a concise, reusable set of responses for the most common questions. Once those are approved, you’ll move straight into daily handling of all incoming messages—resolving issues, clarifying product details, and escalating anything unusual back to me. What I’ll hand you: • Direct access to the business WhatsApp account • Basic product or service information and internal policies What I expect in return: • A short, well-organized reply library ready within the first day • Real-time customer chat coverage during the agreed-upon hours • A quick daily report highlighting solved cases, open tickets, and any patterns you notice If you have solid customer-service instincts, write in friendly Indonesian, and can keep response times under five minutes, let’s get started.
