I’m looking for someone who can jump into my WhatsApp inbox and take full ownership of order-related conversations. Your main goal is simple: guide each customer from their first message all the way to a confirmed, accurately recorded purchase. On a typical day you’ll greet shoppers, answer quick product questions, check or confirm stock, collect the delivery details I need, and make sure every paid order is logged in my internal sheet before you sign off. Speed and clarity are crucial—most buyers expect a response within minutes—so you should already be comfortable typing in fluent, friendly Indonesian and switching between multiple chats without losing track of the details. I supply the reply templates and an easy form for capturing name, address, item, quantity, and payment proof; you keep the conversation human, helpful, and mistake-free. If anything falls outside our usual flow, you flag it to me and I’ll step in. If you’ve previously handled customer service or online admin work, especially for e-commerce, you’ll hit the ground running.
