Quick, courteous replies in native-level Arabic are the priority; English is handy for the occasional bilingual visitor, but 90 % of conversations are Arabic only. No phone calls or email tickets are involved—just real-time chat. Workflow & hand-off I send you raw data exports and chat credentials each morning. By end of shift I expect the spreadsheets reconciled, database entries up to date, and a short chat log summary highlighting any unresolved issues.
