We are seeking a US-based LONGTERM motivated VA to join us for part-time or full-time employment.
1. Check and reply to support tickets
2. Be available online during US business hours to take virtual phone calls (should it ring)
3. Answer and handle requests for real time text chat support
4. Various VA tasks and data entry when the need arises.
- Excellent Word, Excel, Google docs and Google sheets skills
- Excellent verbal/written English (US Audience)
- Perform simple data entry tasks,
- Excellent English Skills
- Knowledge of Freshdesk/Freshcaller, Microsoft Teams is a plus
- Knowledge/experience of the home hardware product is a plus
You are easy to work with, reliable, trustworthy and have excellent customer service. You’re available for a potentially long term contract/relationship. You’re highly experienced in VA tasks and customer support management.
