I have been with the BPO industry for the past 5 years. I have experience in handling basic to a complex billing inquiry, basic troubleshooting for mobile phone's operating system, basic technical knowledge about how cable, internet service providers and telco works, exposed in consultative selling approach and passionate about reloving customer's concern with a human touch. I have been trained to handle multitasking in a timely manner as well as facing diverse customers persona over the phone. Also before entering the BPO industry I have been part of a construction firm, mainly for roofing materials as a Marketing Coordinator. It has molded me for clerical works such as administrative tasks and monitoring the production to distribution of our products. I believe these skills I have can be a big help for the possible roles I may face as a freelance worker.
