We are an e-commerce business based in Miami, Florida and we are looking to add a VA/Customer Support Agent to our team. The requirements for the job are: 1. Fluent English-speaking skills 2. Work during US time zones (9am to 5pm EST). 3. Part-time job, for someone that is currently working in the US time zone, but still has time to respond to some of our emails and calls; given that we don't have too many tickets. The job is very simple and not time-consuming, we are a small e-commerce brand, and we don't have many tickets per day. That's why we need someone that already has a job in those time zones, but is available to answer messages during the day. I have helped doctor offices to adopt paperless operation and setup infrastructure to provide efficient Tele-medicine to patients and also trained the staff members to efficiently utilize the infrastructure . To create paperless infrastructure I have worked with packages like: Google Suite / Google Business Office Packages Electronic Health Management System SIP / VOIP Setup and Configuration ( Ringcentral) Ringcentral, MyFax Asana, SmarthSheets I deal with a wide array of patient population on daily basis that has equipped me effective verbal communication and customer support skills.
