Our Opportunity: Total DME is a fast growing medical software company, we are seeking Customer Service Representatives to join our amazing Customer Service team in Fort Lauderdale, FL. We are looking for highly motivated entrepreneurs who are willing to take the next step in their career. You'll start learning our business from day one. Commit to learning and developing yourself to better Total DME as a whole! Have excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and listening) Maintain a sense of ownership, be a self-starter, and have a strong attention to detail Receive Inbound Calls and resolve customer discrepancies Provide an excellent customer centric approach via email Interact with customers via inbound calls, live chats, social media and other platforms What You'll Need: 1 year working in a customer focused environment Proven Track Record of Success Proficiency with Microsoft Office products; specifically, Word and Excel High school education or equivalent Critical thinking skills Demonstrated ability to multi-task and perform well in a face paced environment Ability to adapt to change in accordance with the business needs of the company Flexibility to shift schedule and work overtime as needed by the business unit Must bring proven ability to maintain confidentiality and secure sensitive information Must be able to pass background check A microphone and webcam to join online meeting remotely

Hi, I am expressing my interest in the post. I have over 10 years of working experience ranging from hotel reservations, to customer service, then technical support, and handling team escalations. I have attended to different kinds of customers, provided quality assistance to their different needs in the most efficient time. Making customers feel genuinely cared for making them a repeat customer. My top skills include problem solving skills, being able to work with very minimal supervision. My boss wouldn't need to check on me most of the time. I do diligent researches on the things that are needed to complete the tasks I have been given. I have the ability to work under pressure. Making sure that my outputs are excellent, even the most tedious task.
