I have a sizable dump of customer records—names, contact numbers, email addresses, and a few extra fields—that must be transferred into a single, well-organized Excel workbook. I will send you the exact header template, so every column you create must match it precisely. Your task involves: • Importing the raw files into Excel (or Power Query, if you prefer) and mapping each entry to the columns I supply: Names, Contact Numbers, Email Addresses, and the additional fields. • Removing every duplicate without losing valid information. • Applying basic data-validation rules (drop-downs, text length limits, email format checks, etc.) so the sheet remains clean long after this project ends. • Consistently formatting phone numbers and email addresses, fixing obvious typos along the way. • Delivering the sheet in small, reviewable batches so I can spot-check accuracy before you continue. Accuracy and consistency are the highest priorities. Deliverables 1. Final Excel workbook (.xlsx) fully populated, de-duplicated, and validated. 2. Interim batch files for my sign-off during the process. If you know your way around Excel functions, conditional formatting, and data-cleaning add-ins, this should be straightforward work. I’ll be available for quick feedback on each batch so we can keep the project moving smoothly.
