I need a clean, easy-to-update Excel workbook that lets me see—at a glance—how efficiently each of our lead technicians is turning hours into billable revenue. The sheet must store and summarize: • Hours worked and billing amount for every job • Department responsible • Date of job completion • Name of the lead technician Inside the file I want automatic formulas that return two key numbers: 1. An efficiency percentage that compares billed dollars to hours logged. 2. The average billing amount per job, refreshable as new rows are added. For day-to-day use I’ll slice the data three ways—by technician, by department, and by date—so a PivotTable layout (or dynamic tables with slicers) will keep reporting flexible. Conditional formatting that flags outliers would be a nice bonus. Final deliverable is a single .xlsx file with the above logic in place, clear headings, and no external links. A short “how it works” note inside the workbook will help my office staff keep it updated.
